Refunds & Cancellation

Buffet by Bonnie requires a 50% payment upfront for all orders. A cancellation fee (50% of the total order) will apply should you cancel my order within 3 days of your event date. Buffet by Bonnie will not refund orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the event date. Upon cancellation refunds are prosessed within 24hrs, plesae allow for 3 working days for funds to appear back into your account. If any concerns please contact bonnie@buffetbybonnie.com.au

Delivery & Platter Return

Delivery arrangement to be made with Bonnie upon confirmation of order form. A delivery fee may apply depending on time of day, day of the week and location. Surcharges may apply for public holidays. If agreed to in the order form client will courier platter back to 62 Lincoln Avenue Collaroy, NSW, 2097 within 2 working days of the event, failure to do so will incur a fee of 5% of order value every day the platter is late unless Bonnie is contacted to arrange another agreement. Failure to return platter within 10 days after the event date will in-cure a 100% fee of platter value with custom platters costing: small platter $200, medium platters $300 and large platter $380 to replace with non customised platters replacement costs: small platter $120, medium platters $200 and large platter $300. 

Payment

Buffet by Bonnie requires a 50% payment 10 days prior to the event date unless agreed otherwise. Payment details will be sent with order confirmation form. Final 50% of total bill to be paid on the day of the event or the business day prior to the event if event falls on the weekend or the date in which agreement was made with Bonnie via order confirmation form. Payment confirmation to be emailed to bonnie@buffetbybonnie.com.au. 

Loss of Goods

If the situation arises in which goods such as platters, ceramic bowls, vases or other decorations used for grazing tables are misplaced or damaged by the persons hosting the event or attending the event fees will apply for replacement at the full cost of purchasing a replacement. Our custom platters replacement cost are as follows small platter $200, medium platters $300 and large platter $380. Non customised platters replacement costs are small platter $120, medium platters $200 and large platter $300.
